You can suspend a thread at any time by using the SuspendThreadfunction. You can also perform additional tasks on a thread. The following table describes these tasks.

|Profile the performance of a thread and return how much time the thread has run||GetThreadTimes|
When suspending a thread more than once, you must match multiple calls to SuspendThreadwith the same number of calls to ResumeThread.
