The Windows CE telnet sample supports only a small subset of the telnet session negotiation flags. Also, the telnet sample does not handle escape sequences such as backspace or Control-C.
Some telnet clients only send a carriage return to signify a new line. You must configure your telnet client so that it sends both a carriage return and a line feed (a CRLF) to use the sample telnet server. See the documentation of your specific telnet client for information on how to do this.
