There are a small number of items that can be customized to
change how the user sees the WMP control. These are:
Displaying or hiding all controls with the
ShowControlsproperty.
Displaying or hiding the skip ahead, skip back, fast forward,
and fast reverse controls with the
ShowPositionControlsproperty.
Displaying or hiding the status bar with the
ShowStatusBarproperty.
Changing the display size using the
DisplaySizeproperty. This
property changes the size that the video is played back and also
changes the size of the whole control. Changing this property
allows you to scale the video to one of several predefined size or
scaling ratios.
Displaying the mute button (speaker icon) and volume slider
control with the
ShowAudioControlsproperty.
Showing or hiding the Tracker bar with the
ShowTrackerproperty.
To completely hide the user interface and the ability to
re-enable it via a script, the following registry key must be
set:
