This function deregisters USB device driver settings.
BOOL UnRegisterClientSettings( LPCWSTR szUniqueDriverId , LPCWSTR szReserved , LPCUSB_DRIVER_SETTINGS lpDriverSettings );

TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
Remarks
This function is called by client drivers in their installation routine. It sets up appropriate registry keys, based on lpDriverSettingsso that the driver is loaded whenever the device is attached.
