This function is called by the MDD on system power state changes.

Parameters

bOff
Boolean. TRUE indicates that the system is being turned off. FALSE indicates that the system is being turned on.

Remarks

This function runs in kernel context and assumes that interrupts are disabled because it works directly with CPU registers. It does not make any system calls or cause tasks to be rescheduled in any way. This function is restricted to reading and writing to preallocated memory. Any subroutines called from this function must follow this restriction.

This function supports the implementation of the Keyboard Driver PDD.

Note   This API is part of the complete Windows CE OS package as provided by Microsoft. The functionality of a particular platform is determined by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and some devices may not support this API.
