The WaitForVideoPortSynccallback function returns at the beginning or end of either the video V-sync or the specified line.

Parameters

- Pointer to a
DDHAL_WAITFORVPORTSYNCDATAstructure that contains the video
V-sync information for the specified video port.
Return Values
Returns one of the following values:
- DDHAL_DRIVER_HANDLED
- DDHAL_DRIVER_NOTHANDLED
Remarks
If the sync does not occur before the number of milliseconds specified in the dwTimeOut member of the DDHAL_WAITFORVPORTSYNCDATAstructure has elapsed, the HAL should set the ddRVal member of the DDHAL_WAITFORVPORTSYNCDATAstructure to DDERR_VIDEONOTACTIVE.
