The UpdateOverlaycallback function repositions or modifies the visual attributes of an overlay surface.

DDHAL_UPDATEOVERLAYDATAstructure that contains the information
required to update the overlay surface.
Return Values
Returns one of the following values:
- DDHAL_DRIVER_HANDLED
