The SetModecallback function sets the display mode.

DDHAL_SETMODEDATAstructure that contains the information
required to set the display mode.
Return Values
Returns one of the following values:
- DDHAL_DRIVER_HANDLED
- DDHAL_DRIVER_NOTHANDLED
