The GetVideoPortLinecallback function returns the current line counter of the video port. This function is required only if the driver sets the DDVPCAPS_READBACKLINEflag in the DDVIDEOPORTCAPSstructure.

information for the specified video port.
Return Values

- DDHAL_DRIVER_NOTHANDLED
