The GetBltStatuscallback function determines whether the blitter queue has room for more blits and whether the blitter is busy.

- Pointer to a
DDHAL_GETBLTSTATUSDATAstructure that returns the blit status
information.
Return Values
Returns one of the following values:
- DDHAL_DRIVER_HANDLED
- DDHAL_DRIVER_NOTHANDLED
