This function closes aUSB transfer handle.
BOOL CloseTransfer( USB_TRANSFER hTransfer );
Parameters

- [IN] Handle to a USB transfer.
Return Values
TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
Remarks
This function aborts the transfer if it is still in progress and frees resources associated with the transfer.
