This function releases a memory or I/O window allocated by the CardRequestWindowfunction.
STATUS CardReleaseWindow( CARD_WINDOW_HANDLE hCardWin );
Parameters
- hCardWin
- Handle to a memory window from
CardRequestWindow.
Return Values
CERR_SUCCESS indicates success. One of the following values indicates failure:
- CERR_BAD_WINDOW
- Indicates that a memory window handle specified for hCardWinis invalid.
- CERR_BAD_HANDLE
- Indicates that the client holding the window is no longer valid.
- CERR_CONFIGURATION_LOCKED
- Indicates that the PC Card must be placed in memory-only mode
with the
CardReleaseConfigurationfunction before an I/O window can be
released.
