Return Values

An application should return zero if it processes this message.

Default Action
The DefWindowProcfunction calls the DestroyWindowfunction to destroy the window.

Remarks

An application can prompt the user for confirmation, prior to destroying a window, by processing the WM_CLOSE message and calling the DestroyWindowfunction only if the user confirms the choice.

Windows CE OS 1.0 and later Winuser.h    
Note   This API is part of the complete Windows CE OS package as provided by Microsoft. The functionality of a particular platform is determined by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and some devices may not support this API.
