Parameters

hwnd
[in] Handle to the window associated with the timer.
uMsg
[in] Specifies the WM_TIMER message.
idEvent
[in] Identifier of the timer.
dwTime
[in] Specifies the number of milliseconds that have elapsed since the system was started. This is the value returned by the GetTickCountfunction.

Runs on Versions Defined in Include Link to
Windows CE OS 1.0 and later Winbase.h    
Note   This API is part of the complete Windows CE OS package as provided by Microsoft. The functionality of a particular platform is determined by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and some devices may not support this API.
