CeRemoveDirectory (RAPI)

This function deletes an existing empty directory. CeRemoveDirectoryis a remote application interface (RAPI), which enables an application running on a desktop computer to make function calls on a Windows CE–based device.

Parameters

lpPathName
[in] Long pointer to a null-terminated string that specifies the path of the directory to be removed. The path must specify an empty directory, and the calling process must have delete access to the directory.

Return Values

Nonzero indicates success. Zero indicates failure. To determine if a function failed because of RAPI errors, call CeRapiGetError. To determine if a function failed because of non-RAPI errors, call CeGetLastError.

Remarks

This function is a part of the remote application programming interface (RAPI), which invokes function calls on a Windows CE–based device. RAPI functions are supported only for applications that run on desktop platforms.

When writing applications for Windows CE versions 1.0 and 1.01, use the PegRemoveDirectoryfunction.
