This function closes the specified search handle. The CeFindFirstFileand CeFindNextFilefunctions use the search handle to locate files with names that match a specified name.

CeFindCloseis a remote application interface (RAPI), which enables an application running on a desktop computer to make function calls on a Windows CE–based device.

BOOL
CeFindClose(
HANDLE
hFindFile
);

Parameters

hFindFile
[in] Search handle. This handle must have been previously opened by the CeFindFirstFilefunction.

Return Values

Nonzero indicates success. Zero indicates failure. To determine if a function failed because of RAPI errors, call CeRapiGetError. To determine if a function failed because of non-RAPI errors, call CeGetLastError.

Remarks

After the CeFindClosefunction is called, the handle specified by the hFindFileparameter cannot be used in subsequent calls to either the CeFindNextFileor CeFindClosefunction.

When working with RAPI for Windows CE versions 1.0 and 1.01, use the PegFindClosefunction.
