Stores a backup list of the MQIS servers in the current site (that is, the last known good copy of the values in the MQISServer entry).
This backup list is copied into MQISServer when the Message Queuing service discovers that the list in the MQISServer entry is overwritten by a list of MQIS servers from an incorrect Message Queuing enterprise. This can happen when a Message Queuing service belongs to MSMQ 1.0 enterprise and none of the MQIS servers in the MQISServer list are online at the computer restart. Message Queuing then queries the Windows 2000 Directory Service for a list of MQIS servers. If Windows 2000 Message Queing is deployed in this domain, the query returns a list of MQIS servers belonging to this deployment and not the correct MQIS servers from the MSMQ 1.0 Enterprise.
