Stores the list of MQIS servers when a computer leaves the Windows 2000 domain and joins a workgroup.
When a computer running Message Queuing leaves the Windows 2000 domain and joins a workgroup, the list of MQIS servers is copied from MQISServer and then stored in this entry. When the computer rejoins the Windows 2000 domain, the list is copied back to MQISServer.
