The Command Processor subkey stores user preferences for the command processor (Cmd.exe). Command Processor entries can also appear in HKEY_CURRENT_USER. If both appear, the values in HKEY_CURRENT_USER take precedence over the values in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Command-line settings entered in Cmd.exe take prescedence over registry settings.
To change the values of the entries in this subkey, use Command Processor (Cmd.exe).
