The <Class-ID> subkey contains entries that store Group Policy settings for Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-ins. These entries are created and maintained by Group Policy and read and interpreted by the snap-in programs. This subkey is named by the class identifier (class ID) of the snap-in to which it applies.
Each <Class-ID> subkey represents a snap-ins in the Microsoft Management Console (MMC). The entries which appear in these subkeys apply only to that snap-in

The <Class-ID> subkey is a variable representing the subkeys under the MMC subkey. It does not actually appear in the registry. We use this variable subkey to display information which is common to the subkeys in the MMC subkey.
