Prevents Windows Explorer from encrypting files when they are moved to an encrypted folder.
This entry stores the setting of the Do not automatically encrypt files moved to encrypted folders Group Policy. Group Policy adds this entry to the registry with a value of 1 when you enabled the Do not automatically encrypt files moved to encrypted folders policy. When you disable the policy, or set it to Not configured, Group Policy deletes this entry from the registry.

This entry applies only to files moved within a volume. When files are moved to other volumes, or if you create a new file in an encrypted folder, Windows Explorer automatically encrypts those files.
To change the value of this entry, use Group Policy. This entry corresponds to the Do not automatically encrypt files moved to encrypted folders policy (Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System).
