Directs Message Queuing to use the default-abort model after upgrading to Windows 2000 from Windows NT 4.0 and earlier.
If you add this entry to the registry of a computer running MSMQ 1.0, an upgrade to Windows 2000 preserves the default-abort model and will not transfer to the default-commit.
