Lists the IP addresses of Microsoft WINS servers whose records are excluded from the local database during replication.
You can use this entry to prevent incorrect records in the databases of WINS servers on your network from being replicated to your WINS server.
To change the value of this entry, use the Advanced tab on the Replication Partners Properties dialog box. This entry corresponds to the Block records for these owners list.
Changes to these values are effective immediately; you do not have to restart WINS or Windows 2000. To see the changes reflected in your registry editor, refresh the display.
