Enables L2TP tunnel authentication.
When this entry appears in the registry, the L2TP driver uses tunnel authentication to filter connections to its host. To establish a connection, the peer requesting a connection must provide the string specified in the value of this entry.

Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
