HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\

Description

The KeysNotToRestore subkey specifies the names of those registry keys that will not be restored by Backup.

Each of the entries has the following format:
<component>    REG_MULTI_SZ    registry path [registry path]

The paths are relative from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM and can take one of three forms:
