The Push subkey contains one subkey for each push partner to which the WINS server sends update notification messages. The subkeys are named for the IP address of the push partner. These subkeys contain data that is configured separately for each push partner and applies only to that push partner.
The <IP address of push partner> subkey is a variable representing the IP address subkeys in the WINS\Partners\Push subkey. It doesn't actually appear in the registry. This variable subkey display the entries and subkeys that are common to subkeys in the Push subkey.
