The Windows <environment-name> subkey represents a windows environment and stores entries that apply only to that environment.

The Windows <environment-name> subkey is a variable representing the subkeys in the Environments subkey. It does not actually appear in the registry. This variable subkey displays information which is common to the subkeys in the Environments subkey.
The Windows <environment-name> subkeys contain subkeys that store configuration data for printing on different platforms on which different versions of Windows runs. Each subkey representing a platform has two subkeys, Drivers and Print Processors, which store configuration data for the print drivers and processors installed on Windows.
