Determines how long an OS/2–based application can wait when a request for a lock fails. If the lock request cannot be granted before the time specified in this entry expires, the redirector rejects the lock request. This entry is used when OS/2–based applications on servers other than those running LAN Manager version 2.0 and later request that a lock operation wait indefinitely, or if the lock cannot be granted immediately.
Note
Do not change this value unless you are running an OS/2–based application that requests lock operations which might fail. This entry does not affect Windows 32–bit applications.
