Stores the security descriptor of the local Message Queuing computer. The security descriptor of the computer determines, among other things, which users or groups of users have permission to create queues on this computer. The value of this registry entry is used if an offline user attempts to create a private queue when a queue request is processed.
The security descriptor is saved in the registry to allow private queues to be created while the computer is not connected to the network.
Caution
Do not change the value of this entry. If you do, the online operation of Message Queuing might be inconsistent with its offline operation.
