Determines how long outgoing symmetric keys remain in the cryptographic key cache. When the time specified by this value expires, the key is deleted from the cache of the source server and symmetric keys used for encrypting messages are renewed.
Note
Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
