Determines whether the Log on using dial-up connection check box is selected by default when the system starts. This check box appears on the Log On to Windows dialog box that is displayed when you log on to Windows 2000.
The system uses this value only when you have created a dial-up connection by using Network and Dial-up Connections and the computer is a member of a domain.

Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
