Specifies the minimum time that must elapse between the recording of identical events in order for the Net Logon service to write both to the System Log in Event Viewer. If the time between recording is less than the value of this entry, Net Logon regards the second event as a continuation of the first event and does not write it to the System Log.
This entry is designed to minimize the number of repeated entries in the System Log. To direct Net Logon to record all events, set the value of this entry to 0.

Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
