Description

Determines how long the mouse driver waits for an acknowledgement (ACK) of a reset if a RESEND message is returned without an ACK. This entry is used when the mouse driver interrupt service routine includes a reset.

Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. To override the default value, you must add this entry by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.

Unlike some entries in this subkey, this entry remains in the Parameters subkey and is read from this location even after a keyboard is installed.
