Represents a service for Windows 2000.

Entries and subkeys common to Services subkeys appear in the <service-name> subkey. Entries and subkeys that are specific to a service are described in the subkey bearing the service name.

The <service-name> subkey is a variable representing the subkeys under the HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services subkey. It doesn't actually appear in the registry. This variable subkey displays the entries and subkeys that are common to many of the Services subkeys. The actual Services subkeys in your registry depend upon the services installed on the computer or available to the system.
