Indicates the type of DHCP client information data in the installation. The DHCP service uses this entry to determine which version of DHCP's internal database management tools it uses.

Note
Do not change the value of this entry unless you are directed to do so by Microsoft Product Support Services.
Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry unless you use DHCP Manager to change the default value of this entry.
Caution
This value must indicate the correct database type. If the database management tools are not appropriate to the database, the DHCP service might not operate properly.
