In Windows NT 4.0 and earlier, this entry appeared in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Rasman\PPP\IPCP subkey.
The "Client may request an IP address" Routing and Remote Access policy takes precedence over the value of this entry.
