Specifies the accounting provider used to record dial-up connection data in a log file. This entry stores the GUID of the accounting provider you select by using the Routing and Remote Access snap-in.
Windows is the default accounting provider, but you can use the Routing and Remote Access snap-in to select an alternate accounting provider.
The following accounting providers are included in Windows 2000

To change the value of this entry, use Routing and Remote Access. Right-click the name of the server, click Properties, click the Security tab and select a provider from the Accounting provider drop-down box.
