The SecurePipeServers subkey contains the winreg subkey which controls remote access to the registry. If these subkeys do not appear in the registry, remote access to the registry is determined by the permissions set in each registry subkey.
To view the permissions set for the SecurePipeServers subkey, use Regedt32.exe. On the Security menu, click Permissions.
