The current size of the Ultrasound database is greater than 80% of the MSDE 2-GB limit. If the database reaches 2 GB, the controller stops collecting and processing data. To determine the current size of the database, click the Advanced tab, and on the left side of the screen under General, click Ultrasound self diagnostic.
Increase the frequency of database purging or decrease the number of days that data is retained by using To configure Ultrasound options. You can avoid the 2-GB MSDE limit by installing SQL Server 2000 with SP3.
If the database reaches the 2-GB limit, start the Ultrasound console, decrease the number of days that data is retained, and then restart the controller by restarting the Ultrasound Controller service in the Services snap-in.
