Before you troubleshoot FRS, if at all possible, upgrade all
replica members to the latest version of FRS.
For Windows 2000, install Windows 2000 Server with
SP4 or Windows 2000 Server with SP3 and the post-Service Pack
3 release of Ntfrs.exe, described in article 815473, "File
Replication Service Does Not Log Errors on Sharing Violations" at
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=815473.
For Windows Server 2003, install the pre-Service Pack 1
release of Ntfrs.exe as described in article 823230, "Issues That
Are Fixed in the Pre-Service Pack 1 Release of Ntfrs.exe" at
