FRS event ID 13571 occurs when FRS has detected that one or more volumes on this computer have the same volume serial number. FRS does not support this configuration and will not replicate until the volume serial numbers on disks on this system are unique.
Correct this problem by dismounting one of the duplicate volumes or by using a tool that can change the volume serial number of a volume.
