With this Tweak you can Disable the Windows XP SP2 Security Center.

To do this, follow the next steps:

1. Open the Registry Editor click on the Start button on your taskbar, then click on Run and type "regedit" and click on OK to start the regedit utility.
    
2. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center (see picture 1).

3. Create new DWORD values, or modify the existing values, called:
    
   • AntiVirusDisableNotify
   • AntiVirusOverride
   • FirewallDisableNotify
   • FirewallOverride
   • FirstRunDisabled
   • UpdatesDisableNotify

   and set the values to "1".
    

4. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wscsvc (see picture 2).

5. The modifications you made will be in effect after you logout or reboot your PC.
