Miscellaneous Tweaks - View System Uptime

OK, this is always a frequent request, since we've finally gotten rid of that buggy Windows 9x code. The question comes to mind: how long has our system been running?

In Microsoft Windows XP Professional that's pretty easy to find out (along with some other interesting details such as Uptime):

  1. Select Start -> Run
     
  2. In the open box type cmd and press OK
     
  3. At the command prompt type systeminfo (see picture 1).

  4. When Windows has gathered the data, the System Uptime can be found near the top of the report (see picture 2).
