This allows you to place any picture and text so that it will be displayed in the system control panel; without having to change your registry.

1. Take any bitmap that's about 172 x 172 pixels in size.
    
2. Name it Oemlogo.bmp.
    
3. Copy it to the \windows\system32 folder.
    
4. Open notepad and add the following lines (see also picture 1):
   
   [General]
   Manufacturer=
   Model=
   [Support Information]
   Line1=
   Line2=
   Line3=
   
   

   Picture 1

5. Now save as oeminfo.ini into the c:\windows\system32 directory.
    
6. That's it. Now you have a custom branded pc (see picture 2).
