Notes
There is no command-line method for this procedure.
By default, Telnet Client uses a raster font. Before accessing
a remote computer that is running an internationalized operating
system or that is set to an international locale as its default
(such as a version capable of supporting Asian or European
languages), you must configure Telnet Client to use a TrueType font
to ensure that characters will display properly.
