To view maps

Using the Windows interface

  1. Open Services for UNIX Administration.
  2. If necessary, connect to the computer you want to manage.
  3. Click User Name Mapping, and then click the Maps tab.
  4. Click Show User Maps or Show Group Maps, depending on the kind of maps you want to view.
  5. To view simple maps, select Display simple maps in Mapped users list or Display simple maps in Mapped groups list.

Using a command line

Argument Description
computername The name of the computer you want to manage.
user The name of the user who has administrative privileges on the computer, if different from the current user.
password The password for the person who has administrative privileges on the computer, if different from the current user.
–all View details of both simple and advanced maps.
–advanced View all advanced maps for users and groups.
–simple View the simple-mapped domains.
WindowsUserName The Windows user for which you want to see details.
unixUserName The UNIX user for which you want to see details.
WindowsGroupName The Windows group for which you want to see details.
unixGroupName The UNIX group for which you want to see details.
