Previewing a Report Preview is a quick way to see what your report will look like. It returns a shortened version of the report, without prompting for parameter values. To preview a report 1. Click a report container. – OR – Expand a report container and select the category containing the report. In the treeview, select the report you wish to preview. 2. On the report card for the report, click Preview. 3. Examine the report and then close the window. If there is no data in the report, it is possible the relevant data has not yet been collected.
