Setting Maximum Record Display
When you drill down on an account, you can set the maximum number of records to display before a warning message displays. By default, a warning message displays when the number of records exceeds 50,000. The warning message provides an opportunity to apply a filter to reduce the number of records.
To set the maximum rows of records to display

On the System Configuration page, click Configure Access Explorer.

By default, a maximum of 50,000 records are displayed. If the number of records exceeds the maximum value, a warning message displays. For example, if the value is 10,000 and Access Explorer returns 25,000 records, only the first 10,000 records will display if you choose to continue. To remove the warning message, clear the check box. You can filter the records manually. see Filtering the Resource List.
