Collecting Change History Information
When Quest Reporter performs a collection, it can collect and store information about changes occurring in your network. This functionality is enabled by default, however if you do not require this information the option can be cleared. If reporting on changes is not necessary in your environment disabling this option will provide performance gains in collection and will conserve storage space on the database server.
To set the option to collect change history information
1.
Select Start | All Programs | Quest Software | Quest Management Suite | Reporter | Configure.
2.
Select the Reporter Collections tab.
3.
Ensure the Collect change history information option is enabled.
4.
Click OK.
