The Content Packs are prepackaged questionnaires. The content packs contain the set of questionnaires that are normally required to complete a compliance audit. After loading the content pack into the view, you can customize the questions to match your organization's environment if necessary. You can change the ranking of the questions using the Weight Wizard. You can also add the user-defined properties that are displayed in the reports.

The content packs that are shipped with the Response Assessment module should be used as a template. You should open the content pack in the view and then save the file into another directory. A content pack may be updated or overwritten in future hot fixes or service packs.
